1.1 Any and all usage of Formness is subject to your acceptance of the terms stated in this document. You can either accept the terms by clicking to accept or agree to the terms; Or by using Formness. In this case, you understand that Formness will treat your usage of Formness, as your acceptance of these terms.

2.1 Formness will, from time to time modify, update or change these terms at its own discretion. These changes will be reflected in this document at its current location. It is your responsibility to frequently visit this document at this location and be informed of the updated terms.

3.1 In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to Formness will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

3.2 Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Formness, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.

3.3 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Formness has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Formness may suffer) of any such breach.

4.1 You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of, the Services are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. All such information is referred to below as the "Content".

4.2 You may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, (re)publish, or otherwise distribute any content from the site except as expressly permitted by Formness.

4.3 You agree to ensure that you own the relevant copyright for the content you choose to enter into the pages of Formness. Formness reserves the right to delete any content it finds in violation of this term.

4.5 You retain your copyright/s when you enter any content you own into Formness. Formness reserves the right to use this content for associated publicity including but not limited to newsletters -- printed and electronic; and exhibitions.

5.1 You agree to ensure that any text you enter into the pages of Formness for publication purposes is grammatically correct and follows style guidelines of Formness, made explicit by existing content. Formness reserves the right to edit text as necessary to ensure conformity to these style guidelines.

5.2 Formness reserves the right to delete any content it deems inappropriate, offensive or inaccurate; at its own discretion, without any notice to its owner.

6.1 Any person is permitted to create and hold a single registered account of Formness in his/her own name. Any company is permitted to create and hold a single registered account of Formness in its own name. (Different members of the same company are each allowed to hold individual accounts in their own names.)

6.2 Holding multiple accounts by any individual or Company is expressly forbidden. Formness reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban or delete, any and all current and future accounts (along with all of the data associated with these accounts) of any party found to be in violation of this term, at its own discretion, without any notice to the concerned party.

7.1 You agree that when you post content to Formness through the dashboard, you will do so in a manner that is indicated solely by the publishing interface.

7.2 When creating a post, you agree to enter information about 'one and only one' topic per post. Attempting to create entire portfolios of your work, and/or publishing unrelated content in a single post, etc. is prohibited. Formness reserves the right to pursue appropriate action against any party, found to be in violation of this term, at its own discretion, without any notice to the concerned party.

7.3 Formness lets its registered users contact other registered users of Formness; and also persons whom the registered user is known to, who may or may not be registered users of Formness. You agree to use this service only as it is intended: as a form of communication between registered users, and as a form of communication between you and persons known to you. Misuse of this service is constituted by (but is not limited to): spamming users, using automated means to getting in touch with the users, sending emails to person/s not known to you, bulk mailing etc. Formness reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban or delete, any and all current and future accounts (along with all of the data associated with these accounts) of any party found to be misusing this service, at its own discretion, without any notice to the concerned party.

7.4 You expressly understand and agree that your use of Formness is at your sole risk and that the services are provided "as is" and "as available."

In particular, Formness does not represent or warrant to you that:
(a) Your use of the services will meet your requirements,
(b) Your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error,
(c) Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the services will be accurate or reliable

7.5 The Terms, and your relationship with Formness under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of India. You and Formness agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Mumbai, India to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Formness shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
